aerodynamic targets Lead complete design projects, including CAD creation, project management, quality-checking, and documentation Continuously improve the functionality, quality, and robustness of model parts to optimize wind tunnel test efficiency Drive the development and implementation of improved design workflows and standards Collaborate closely with Aerodynamicists and Surface Design Engineers to ensure alignment with technical specifications Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to team capability and modeling best practices Ensure adherence to standard design practices and help refine them as needed Requirements Driven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team? Degree in Engineering, Design, Motorsport, or a related discipline or equivalent Expert-level proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA) and experience in using FEA for structural validation of parts Strong understanding of parametric modeling, part
