Job description
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our B2B team at Mango. In this role, you will lead the digital transformation of the B2B area, helping redefine its operating model, simplify and connect workflows, and identify opportunities to digitalize, automate and scale the business. You will play a key role in understanding the full B2B flow, including partners' systems, processes and data structures, in order to adapt our business model to their reality, strengthen integrations, and maximize the value captured from partner data to improve support, visibility and decision-making. Working closely with business and IT teams, you will help evolve the area from a set of disconnected processes into an integrated ecosystem, leveraging technology, automation and AI to drive efficiency, scalability and business impact. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across the B2B area, identifying opportunities to simplify, connect and improve processes.
- Redefine and evolve the area's operating model to enable a more scalable, efficient and integrated way of working.
- Understand end-to-end B2B flows, including partners' systems, processes and data structures, to ensure our model can adapt and integrate effectively.
- Promote the integration and use of partner data to improve support, operational visibility, decision-making and value generation.
- Identify and implement automation and AI use cases to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team capabilities.
- Work closely with IT teams on integrations, systems understanding and the definition of digital solutions.
- Bring a transversal business vision, connecting processes, teams and data across the B2B ecosystem.
- Support the design of digital solutions, workflows and scalable initiatives that contribute to the transformation of the area.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in digital transformation, business transformation, operations or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to redesign workflows with an end-to-end mindset.
- Experience working closely with IT teams and participating in discussions around systems, integrations and digital solutions.
- Ability to understand partners' systems and translate their operational reality into scalable business solutions.
- Knowledge of automation, AI use cases and digital tools applied to business transformation.
- Engineering background, ideally in Computer Engineering, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills, transversal vision and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
