IT Support Technician - Google Workspace & Apple (On-Site Alcorcón)

At Grupo Tier1, currently part of Alkemy Group, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (Executive, In-Plant) to provide high-level onsite support at our client's offices in Alcobendas.

We are seeking someone with experience in onsite IT support, accustomed to delivering close, solution-oriented, and professional service, especially in demanding corporate environments and when supporting executive-level users., * Provide onsite support to end users at the client's location

• Administer Google Workspace and support tools such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Google Meet
• Configure and support Apple devices
• Deploy and image Windows 11 equipment
• Provide support for meeting rooms and videoconferencing systems
• Manage and track incidents through a ticketing system

• Experience in onsite IT support
• Solid knowledge of Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Apple environments, especially macOS and iOS
• Experience with Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM is a plus
• English level B1 or B2
• Professional appearance
