We're looking for a Technology Services Specialist to lead our global MDM strategy and automate critical SaaS integrations. You'll ensure our fleet remains compliant while maintaining engineering autonomy.

What you'll be doing
- Architecting and scaling enterprise-level endpoint management (MDM) solutions using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
- Administering Windows VMs and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) within a high-stakes production environment
- Automating device configurations and SaaS integrations via Bash, Zsh, and PowerShell to streamline operations
- Querying device inventory databases with SQL to generate actionable insights into fleet health and security compliance
- Implementing Security by Design frameworks through modern protocols like FileVault, BitLocker, and Conditional Access
- Orchestrating large-scale hardware rollouts and technical migrations across global time zones
- Monitoring system security posture using open-source tools like Santa and OSQuery for complex system audits
- Deploying engineering-specific tooling, including automated CLI setups and local development environment configurations
- Translating complex endpoint architectures into clear, actionable technical documentation for diverse stakeholders
- Collaborating on the integration of Terraform or CloudFormation to manage cloud-based IT and SaaS infrastructure, * Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and manage system configurations at scale
- Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation for managing cloud-based IT infrastructure and SaaS configurations
- Advanced certifications or deep-dive experience in Jamf Pro (macOS/iOS) or Microsoft Intune (Windows/Android) at an enterprise level
- The ability to transform raw SQL queries and complex database schemas into high-impact visual stories using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with sandboxing or containerisation used to isolate untrusted local processes, supporting the secure use of AI agentic tools
- Exposure to Google MDM
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN13,000 - PLN14,500 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN13,000 - PLN14,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT systems engineering role, focusing heavily on enterprise-level MDM
- Technical expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
- A background managing Windows VMs and virtual desktop infrastructure in production environments
- Advanced proficiency in Bash, Zsh, or PowerShell to automate configurations and integrate SaaS APIs
- Proficiency in SQL for querying inventory databases and logs to monitor fleet compliance
- Familiarity with modern security protocols, like FileVault and BitLocker, with a security-by-design approach
- Exceptional talent for managing large-scale hardware rollouts and migrations across time zones
- Fluency in English with the ability to explain complex architectures to non-technical stakeholders
- Architect-level knowledge of macOS internals and managing device fleets at a 1,000+ node scale
- Hands-on familiarity with open-source security tools, like Santa or OSQuery, for system auditing
