Job description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, support and ongoing optimization of our CRM platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business collaboration, ensuring that CRM systems effectively support organizational goals and drive data-informed decision-making., * Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability

  • Lead CRM implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Collaborate closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
  • Design and manage data models, workflows, automation rules, and user roles/permissions
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business insights and strategic decisions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit)
  • Support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, providing timely resolution and user support
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and emerging technologies, * Collaborate closely with Technology teams for system architecture and integrations
  • Partner with Business teams to align CRM capabilities with operational needs
  • Support end-users across departments to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM implementation, administration, and management
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-based environments
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Jitterbit (or equivalent)
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ETL processes and tools
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • CRM certifications (preferred but not required)
