Job description

  • Vision & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, multi-tenant software architectures specifically optimized for cloud delivery and high availability.

Strategic Planning: Drive technical roadmapping and project estimation, ensuring our identity solutions meet global demand and scale. * Expert Leadership: Act as the primary technical authority for our cloud stack, mentoring engineers and staying ahead of evolving trends in eIDAS 2.0 and OpenID standards. * DevSecOps Excellence: Oversee the deployment, operation, and monitoring of the platform while continuously hardening CI/CD processes and security posture. * Technical Onboarding: Lead the architectural integration for international organizations, providing high-level technical support for complex SaaS migrations.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: You have extensive experience building and scaling secure, high-traffic products using modern web technologies.

Backend Mastery: You are an expert programmer proficient in Kotlin and Spring (or a similar modern stack) with a deep understanding of reactive programming and microservices. * Cloud Infrastructure: Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker. You understand how to manage cost, performance, and security in a cloud-native environment. * Identity Standards: Experience with (or a strong desire to master) Verifiable Credentials (VCs), OpenID Connect (OIDC/SIOP), and the eIDAS 2.0 framework. * Leadership & Mindset: You demonstrate high initiative, enjoy mentoring peers, and are comfortable taking full ownership of mission-critical systems. * FinTech/Payment Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., SCA, EMVCo) and related protocols is a strong plus. * Languages: Fluent in English is a must and proficient in German (B2+) is a plus.
