We are in the middle of a digital transformation in which Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement plays a central role. As a Dynamics 365 Specialist, you play a crucial role in this phase as well as in future steps of our digitalization journey. Our team consists of 19 top professionals, and you will report directly to the Director of IT, Data & Operations., * You handle complex IT challenges within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, overseeing multiple dependencies and providing direction when solution paths are unclear;

• You translate abstract business needs into sustainable, scalable, and technically feasible solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate;
• You maintain and influence relationships with internal and external stakeholders, creating support for changes and further adoption of the platform;
• You work closely with the business to translate needs into effective solutions aligned with organizational goals;
• You initiate and implement structural improvements in processes and the system landscape, ensuring continuity, security, and performance of the environment;
• You coordinate activities within the team, oversee application management (2nd and 3rd line support), coach colleagues, and actively contribute to knowledge development and professional growth within the team., As a Dynamics 365 Specialist at Invest-NL, you will work with a passionate team on building a better future. • Salary: Between €5,000 and €6,900 per month based on a 36-hour work week, with the option to work 40 hours. Placement depends on knowledge and experience;
• Flexible compensation: A Benefit Budget worth 20.95% of your monthly salary. This consists of 8% holiday allowance, 8.33% year-end bonus, and a personal budget of 4.615% representing additional (above statutory) leave (86.4 hours per year based on a 36-hour work week);

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist who can translate complex challenges into clear, future-proof solutions within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. You feel at home at the intersection of business and IT and are energized by themes such as climate, sustainability, and innovation. You bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities while building strong stakeholder support. You think in solutions that improve processes and genuinely help colleagues move forward in their work. You are a team player who actively contributes to the further development of the Dynamics platform within the organization and enjoys taking on a coordinating and connecting role within the team., * A completed bachelor's degree (HBO level) and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or the Power Platform;

• Relevant certifications within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Customer Experience Analyst, Power Platform Functional Consultant, and/or Solution Architect;
• Experience working with complex IT landscapes and large-scale implementations, preferably within a regulated or financial environment;
• Strong communication skills and good command of English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SharePoint is a plus.
