Job description
- Generate mid- and long-term forecasts (HY, FY, 5-year) and take full ownership of network KPIs to monitor overall logistics performance
- Continuously refine forecast calculation methodologies and monitor delivery promises to ensure customer satisfaction
- Facilitate the S&OP process and lead weekly forecast cycles, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Planning, and Operations
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with external service providers regarding capacities and resource availability
- Resolve ad-hoc backlog situations by finding optimal solutions that balance multidimensional targets (cost, speed, and capacity), We take it as our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, exactly as they are. Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Excellent business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or SCM
- Analytical and data-driven mindset combined with a focused approach on efficiency and solutions
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics environment
- Quick perception and structured working methods
- Willingness to develop and improve processes proactively both in teams and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), experience with SQL and/or Tableau would be beneficial
- Business fluent in English, German optional
