- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance overall satisfaction
- Resolve conflicts or technical issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere and uninterrupted event flow
- Support food service and hospitality needs during events, including managing snack stations or beverage areas as needed
- Facilitate guest interactions with VR content, providing guidance on usage and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and event spaces before, during, and after each session
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer inquiry handling?, * Prior experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Background in conflict management or customer service to handle diverse guest needs effectively
- Lifeguard experience or certifications demonstrate your ability to prioritize safety and respond swiftly in emergencies
- Public speaking skills are beneficial for guiding groups and enhancing guest engagement
- Familiarity with VR technology or technical troubleshooting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
