Do you have experience in Customer inquiry handling?, * Prior experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable

• Background in conflict management or customer service to handle diverse guest needs effectively
• Lifeguard experience or certifications demonstrate your ability to prioritize safety and respond swiftly in emergencies
• Public speaking skills are beneficial for guiding groups and enhancing guest engagement
• Familiarity with VR technology or technical troubleshooting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
