Configuration Specialist

Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the Configuration Management team your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing operations within Tiqets' cities, and supporting our regional offices from abroad. You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, providing assistance and executing modifications if needed., * Assisting, advising, and supporting our suppliers during the onboarding process and in maintaining and creating their new products

• Executing quality checks in the product creation process and advise suppliers to optimize their offering
• Coordinate supply inventory management and uploading
• Provide support to our active partners
• Work closely with regional offices as well as with suppliers directly to ensure content, pricing, availability, API connectivity and other configurations are accurate and up-to-date
• Liaise and collaborate with HQ teams on projects to optimise Configuration Management's processes, guidelines and available features, as well as take ownership of internal projects

• 1+ year of experience in operations, account management, product onboarding, or administrative support
• Experience working with suppliers, partners, or product-related tasks is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive and service-oriented attitude
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Efficient time-management and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
• Interested in improving processes and helping operations scale effectively
• Available to work 5 days per week
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Living in the Netherlands
