Cleaner Safer Group is looking for an Information Systems Officer to support and enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated business systems across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving system adoption, improving processes, and helping teams use data and technology more effectively.

About the role
In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support and guidance to users across the organisation while helping to develop and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems.
You'll act as a key systems champion, supporting continuous improvement and helping teams maximise the value of business technology and data.
You will:
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users across the organisation
- Promote best practice and encourage cross-functional engagement with business systems
- Support system configuration, testing and development within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Build and maintain solutions, views, forms, dashboards, reports and security roles
- Work with departments to gather requirements and support future systems projects
- Help shape and standardise business processes using the Microsoft Dynamics platform
- Analyse workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides to support effective system usage
- Liaise with external suppliers and the wider IT team for escalated support and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, Are you passionate about technology, systems improvement, and helping people get the best out of digital tools?, You'll be a proactive and solutions-focused individual with strong communication skills and a passion for improving systems and user experience.
You will have:
- Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confidence working with users at all levels across an organisation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A proactive approach to identifying improvements and driving efficiencies
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with a strong customer-focused approach, * Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (preferred)
- Staff training: 2 years (preferred)
