Product Designer (UI/UX)

We're looking for a Product Designer to lead visual and interaction design across our platform ecosystem - spanning a public web platform, mobile app, and internal admin dashboard.

This role blends product design with systems thinking. You'll work closely with engineering to build a design system that functions consistently across web and mobile., * Build and maintain the design system across web and mobile

• Improve and simplify existing user flows and UI patterns
• Design map-based interfaces and reporting flows
• Create dashboards and moderation/review interfaces, * Remote and async-first
• Tight collaboration between design and engineering
• Small iterative releases instead of long design cycles
• Design systems and reusable tokens over one-off UI decisions

Products

• Public Web App
• React + Tailwind + MapLibre-based platform with map interactions, reporting flows, and public-facing pages.
• Mobile App
• Flutter-based mobile experience including onboarding, maps, alerts, and reporting.
• Admin dashboard
• Internal moderation and analytics interface with dense workflows and review queues.

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, * 4+ years of product design experience

• Strong UI/UX and visual design skills
• Excellent typography skills, especially for RTL or non-Latin scripts
• Experience designing map-based products
• Experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
• Strong Figma workflow knowledge (components, variants, tokens, autolayout)
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile platform conventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Persian/Farsi language familiarity
• Experience working closely with Tailwind-based codebases
• RTL design experience
• Brand identity work in portfolio
