Job description
Perform troubleshooting on complex incidents and infrastructure issues
- Implement system changes, deployments, and patch management
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Support storage and Active Directory administration activities Required qualifications
Requirements
Master's degree (Engineering School, University, or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field

At least 5 years of significant experience within an infrastructure or system administration team

Strong communication skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Curious mindset with a strong interest in technology watch and continuous learning Technical Skills

Knowledge of SSM tools

Strong PowerShell scripting skills (mandatory for Windows server environments)

Experience managing large-scale infrastructures (100+ servers across multiple international locations is a plus)
