Are you passionate about automation and software development in a real production environment? At Ricoh Europe SCM, we are looking for a Software Engineer who will help us build and improve the automation tools that power our configuration and production processes across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will work at the heart of our end-to-end configuration operations, ensuring our tools remain robust, scalable, and efficient.
Your impact
You will maintain and enhance the Configuration Automation tools used to configure Ricoh printers and multifunctional products before they reach our customers. By improving automation and supporting operational teams, you directly contribute to efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across Europe.
What will you do
- Maintain and improve Configuration Automation tools and provide Level 2 support
- Develop, test, and deploy software updates and enhancements
- Monitor performance and resolve technical issues proactively
- Collaborate with European Operating Companies, factories, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with Ricoh quality and security standards
- Document solutions and share knowledge with internal teams
- Provide guidance and training to configuration specialists to ensure effective tool usage
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in software development and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical skills in:
- Windows application development
- .NET / Entity Framework / Android frameworks
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- TCP / HTTPS communication protocols
- Software testing and SDLC practices
- Database design and SQL
Nice to have
- Experience in supply chain or production environments
- Knowledge of configuration management or automation frameworks
- Familiarity with EMEA operations or outsourced service models
