• Flexible schedule, Pay Structure: We usually pay a flat per-project rate based on the size and scope of the build. A note on work volume: We're growing steadily and plan to keep you busy, but we want to be upfront - this is contract work, and there may occasionally be a slow month with little to no projects. We don't expect that to be the norm, but we'd rather you know going in than be caught off guard.
