  • Identify emerging markets and contribute to shaping the multi-year IP and product roadmap
  • Define and own the system architecture for signal chain interfaces and voltage translators
  • Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications
  • Collaborate with design, verification, and test teams on trade-offs related to power, area, and cost
  • Drive system-level optimization, risk management, and technical decision-making
  • Evaluate prototype silicon to ensure performance compliance with system requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product execution
  • Develop technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and user guides
  • Provide system-level customer support, including schematics, layout guidance, and debugging assistance
  • Act as the primary technical interface for key customers and field teams
  • Lead technical reviews to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of results
  • Partner with foundries and NPI teams to select optimal process technologies, balancing performance and cost

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in system-level design within the semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal or semiconductor system design
  • Experience in Automotive, Industrial, or Consumer Electronics domains is an advantage
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical mindset
  • Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proven leadership experience in mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams
  • Experience presenting technical strategies to senior stakeholders and customers
  • Knowledge of high-speed board design, signal integrity, and transmission lines
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers)
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as ADS, SPICE, or equivalent
  • Experience in silicon validation and stress testing under extreme conditions
  • Knowledge of communication protocols and interfaces such as I2C, I3C, SPI, etc. is a plus
