Experteer Overview La información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.As a Senior Security Engineer, you protect Roche Manufacturing systems and networks from cybersecurity threats.You will contribute to local architecture, engineering support, and adherence to Manufacturing Cybersecurity standards.You'll participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and incident response, using automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce response times.You work with cross-functional owners to implement secure, compliant OT solutions and drive security across manufacturing sites.This role offers the chance to shape cybersecurity practices within a global healthcare innovator.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Participate in technical design reviews, integration, testing, and documentation for OT systems and changes to manufacturing infrastructure* Support development of Manufacturing Cybersecurity standards and baselines and assist OT System planning and risk assessment* Leverage AI accelerators and enterprise platforms to automate log analysis, scripting, and threat modeling* Advise System Owners on security measures to mitigate risk* Coordinate OT services and activities delivered by Vendors* Review local designs in Manufacturing Cybersecurity Requests via ServiceNow* Design and sustain OT Security Monitoring (IDS/IPS) at manufacturing sites* Provide technical support during Incident Response including root-cause analysis and damage assessment* Collaborate with System Owners and Cybersecurity Site Representatives to foster cross-site security collaborationResponsabilidades* Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Security field* Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse xqbhyrx cross-functional stakeholders* Track record of security incident leadership or project ownership* Bachelor's degree in Computing Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar (asset)* Good knowledge of local manufacturing and automation systems (asset)* Experience with AI security standards and risk models (asset)* Ability to apply security tools, principles, and processes to analyze requirements and improve security* Ability to propose strategically aligned cybersecurity solutions and controlsRequisitos principales*
