Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will redesign and validate the payment structures used by Glovo's riders to drive engagement, fairness, and efficiency across a global logistics network.You'll blend data analysis, modeling, and experimentation to optimize how riders are compensated, with a focus on scalable, data-driven decisions that impact major operational costs.You will own the experimentation process-from design to analysis-to quantify the impact before global rollout.You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to address local needs while maintaining high-growth momentum.This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a fast-paced logistics environment with a clear mission to optimize value forCompensaciones / Beneficios* Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement* Redesign the courier payment framework to improve key operational metrics* Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization* Own end-to-end experimentation (A/B tests, switchback tests) to validate payment changes* Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights* Understand local and regional rider needs to ensure fair and effective compensation* Support global rollout with rigorous measurement and iterationResponsabilidades* Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field* 2+ years in data analytics translating insights into business actions* Strong SQL for complex querying* Python for data analysis and orchestration* Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or PowerBI)* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Comfort with ambiguity and high-growth environments* Fluent English and clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequisitos principales* Private health insurance* Monthly Glovo credit* Discounts on transport, food, and kindergarten expenses* Discounted gym memberships* Extra time off and flexible work-from-home options* Enhanced parental leave and nursery on site

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
  • 2+ years in data analytics translating insights into business actions
  • Strong SQL for complex querying
  • Python for data analysis and orchestration
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high-growth environments
  • Fluent English and clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
