Job description

At Fruitist, we harness the power of data to revolutionize produce. We are seeking a proactive, service-minded ERP Analyst to support the daily use, optimization, and coordination of our SAP systems. In this functional support role, you'll serve as the bridge between local users and global technical teams, ensuring platform continuity and usability - especially in finance, accounting, logistics, and supply chain modules. From handling everyday questions to coordinating international month-end processes and audits, you'll play a critical part in making SAP work for teams across the world. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems, structure, and solving problems collaboratively in a multicultural environment. This role is based in Spain, Morocco, or Egypt.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on functional support for finance, accounting, purchasing, sales, and inventory processes within SAP, and potentially other ERP systems
  • Administer and maintain core system functions, including user access, license management, authorizations, and basic configurations
  • Help coordinate operational activities and gather requirements in support of business team (e.g. FP&A, Accounting) across countries, such as their month-end closings, audit support, and local process rollouts
  • Document and maintain up to date business processes and system procedures using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Train and support end users, delivering timely and clear guidance to global teams
  • Serve as the first point of escalation and manage incidents in coordination with external SAP support vendors and internal teams
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, and improvement projects, contributing to platform evolution and standardization
  • Collaborate in cross-functional and cross-country meetings to align processes, share learnings, and build global consistency, + Keep documentation up to date for all implementations, changes, and support cases
  • Engage in global meetings to align functional needs with broader technology strategy
  • Coordinate with regional partners and providers to ensure high-quality SAP support and delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of functional experience with SAP, ideally in a multi-country environment
  • Working knowledge of core ERP functional and technical processes and how they're support business needs e.g financial reporting
  • Strong communication skills in English (required); Spanish or French is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a user-first, service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with issue tracking and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceDesk, or similar platforms
  • Structured and organized work approach, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally travel as needed
  • Promote global process alignment while respecting local legal and regulatory variations
