ERP Documentation & Training Consultant

• Creating end-user documentation and user manuals for ERP processes
• Developing training materials using ClickLearn (experience beneficial but not essential)
• Working closely with business users and functional consultants to document end-to-end processes
• Supporting documentation standards and consistency across the programme

• Proven experience producing ERP documentation and end-user training materials
• Experience working with ERP systems such as IFS Cloud, SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business processes into clear documentation
• Experience with ClickLearn or similar digital adoption tools is advantageous
