Webshop & ERP Coordinator

Liontek is a specialist metal fabrication and roofing & cladding distributor based in Melksham. We're a small, experienced team and this is a newly created role - which means real ownership from day one. You'll split your time roughly 50/50 between keeping our WooCommerce webshop running accurately and preparing quotes and maintaining data in our Odoo ERP system. You'll report to a manager who works in the same systems daily, so you'll have proper support, alongside the independence to manage your own workload. If you're organised, good with computers and looking to build genuine skills in e-commerce and ERP, this is a role with real substance., * Manage and update our WooCommerce webshop, embedded within our Odoo ERP platform - keeping product listings accurate, well-presented and up to date

• Enter new products and transfer lists into Odoo and maintain inventory records across the system
• Prepare quotations for steel and roofing jobs using a combination of specialist roofing software, Excel and manual methods
• Support the upcoming integration of our eBay sales channel - helping to set up and maintain listings as we expand online
• Carry out regular data entry and system updates to keep both platforms clean and current
• Work closely with your line manager to flag issues, suggest improvements and keep operations running smoothly

• Some background in e-commerce, online retail or digital administration - WooCommerce or similar platform experience is a real advantage, though not a dealbreaker
• Confident using Excel for data entry, basic calculations and maintaining organised records
• Comfortable learning new software systems quickly - we use Odoo and roofing-specific quoting tools, and full training will be provided
• High attention to detail - accuracy matters in both product data and customer quotes
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload across two distinct areas of the role
• A practical, can-do attitude - this is a small team and everyone's contribution is visible
• Prior experience in a trade, technical or product-based business is a bonus but not required

• £26,000 - £31,000 per year (FTE, dependent on experience)
