Job description

Job Summary: The Technology Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of technology services within the organization. This role involves overseeing account creation, managing equipment maintenance, providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, handling inventory management, and configuring systems. The Technology Service Coordinator will act as a key liaison between end-users and network administrator to deliver efficient and effective technology solutions., * Account Creation:

  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access across various systems and platforms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate creation, modification, and deactivation of accounts as per organizational policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hardware including computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Schedule regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is kept in optimal working condition.
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Provide technical support and escalate complex issues to network administrators, when necessary.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Track and manage IT equipment inventory, including acquisition, deployment, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and equipment status.
  • End User Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure user satisfaction and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ticket Management:
  • Manage and prioritize service tickets using the organization's ticketing system.
  • Monitor ticket progress, ensure timely resolution, and communicate updates to end-users.
  • System Configuration:
  • Configure and deploy software and hardware systems in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Ensure systems are set up correctly and comply with IT policies and standards.
  • Other Duties:
  • Plan/manage resources for IT projects while acting as a liaison between employees, clients, and network administrators.
  • Pull data from our proprietary software to measure program performance and develop reports.
  • Analyze company workflow to streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency.
  • Test software releases, network updates/backups, and new technologies while keeping internal employees informed and educated.
  • Other duties, as needed to support the growth and success of the company.

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, technology coordination, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and inventory management tools.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and organizational needs.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours if required for urgent issues or maintenance.
  • Proficient knowledge of iOS and Android device set-up and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient knowledge of licensing activation, set-up, and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook
