Kforce has a client in Westerville, OH that is seeking a Vendor Management System Analyst. This position has the potential to evolve into a long term temporary role. We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and self directed professional who excels in data management, reporting, and operational support. This role is best suited for someone who can work independently in a flexible hybrid environment while maintaining precision and accuracy in all tasks. Duties:
- Review Kick Out reports generated by VMS and work with the site to ensure sites make corrections in Kronos prior to invoice finalizing
- Performs weekly reconciliation of vendor invoices
- Creates and maintains electronic records and fields (e.g. customer numbers, cost center numbers) in support of the requisition entry set up
- Performs weekly trainings with vendors new to utilizing the VMS tool and does continued additional trainings with new and existing vendors as needed
- Works with project management team to track upcoming new sites and site expansions
- Performs weekly training sessions with sites new to utilizing the VMS tool and does continued additional training with new and existing employees as needed
- Helps to maintain and update JIRA tickets with VMS provider
- Maintains and updates the training manuals for VMS tool for both DHL users and vendors
- Validates weekly Kronos invoice to confirm sites are using proper work week, pay rule, and job codes
- Interacts and coordinates with the Program Managers, Hiring Managers, and Site Coordinators frequently to communicate questions and receive updates on current activity
- Updates the requisition record as directed by the Program Managers and/or Program Consultants to included changes, cancellation, status changes
- Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on any end user interactions
Requirements
- Strong problem solving abilities are essential, as the role requires both moderate and advanced troubleshooting across various systems and workflows
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ideally Beeline, as well as familiarity with payroll platforms such as Kronos
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and PivotTables, and while Power BI experience is not required, it is preferred
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
