Requirements

Provide front line entry level technology support to staff at schools and administrative offices in the Rockaway Township School District. Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service to all staff at all school locations Concise writing skills to log, update, and close issues via support systems, and to create knowledge Proficient technical knowledge of workstations, printers, scanners, network concepts, and all supported services - including OS support, GoogleApps, classroom technologies, mobile devices, user accounts, hardware diagnosis/installation, data management, and other new supported technologies. Providing technical assessment and recommendations for process improvement and new initiatives

Benefits & conditions

Salary: Ranges from $45,000.00 - $55,000.00

If you already work for the school district as of September 1, 2011, and you do not live in New Jersey, you are not required to move to New Jersey. However, if you begin your office, position or employment on September 1, 2011 or later, you must reside in New Jersey. If you do not reside in New Jersey, you have one year after the date you take your office, position or employment to relocate your residence to New Jersey. If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment.
