Job description
This is a hands-on role covering marketing, digital, and e-commerce across both businesses.
You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activity, supporting the sales team, and taking ownership of our online channels - particularly Feast Italy, which represents a key growth opportunity.
We are looking for someone who can execute well, stay organised, and continuously improve performance across everything they manage., * Manage social media across both brands, including planning, posting, and performance tracking
- Maintain and develop both Shopify websites, including product uploads, content updates, and optimisation
- Support development of a B2B ordering platform
- Take ownership of Feast Italy:
- Manage the website day-to-day
- Drive online sales, conversion, and customer experience
- Develop and launch hampers, bundles, and seasonal offers
- Monitor performance and continuously improve results
- Manage and grow marketplace channels including Faire and Amazon
- Identify and onboard new online sales opportunities
- Manage CRM, customer segmentation, and email campaigns
- Create and maintain all marketing collateral:
- Brochures, catalogues, presentations, and brand documents
- Trade adverts and marketing materials
- Ensure all marketing folders and assets are organised and up to date
- Support the sales team with customer presentations, brand decks, and product information
- Manage print production (liaising with printers, quotes, timelines)
- Support trade shows and events
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (or external partners) and monitor performance
- Track results across campaigns and channels, identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Organise basic product photography and manage external creatives where required
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2-5 years' experience in a marketing, digital, or e-commerce role
- Hands-on, organised, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Shopify or similar CMS platforms
- Familiar with marketplaces such as Amazon or Faire (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset
Experience managing websites, including product uploads, content updates, and optimisation is important. You should be comfortable working with external developers where needed; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not essential.
An understanding of digital performance (e.g. campaigns, traffic, engagement) and a willingness to learn and improve results is important.
