Job description
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (including complex parts)
- Create and optimize programs using MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Esprit
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently
- Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Monitor speeds, feeds, and tooling for maximum efficiency
- Support continuous improvement and help train team members
Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * CNC machining + programming experience required
- CAD/CAM proficiency (MasterCam, GibbsCAM, Esprit)
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
- 5-axis experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused, * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
- PPE required
