PROGRAMER MACHINIST

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (including complex parts)
• Create and optimize programs using MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Esprit
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently
• Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Monitor speeds, feeds, and tooling for maximum efficiency
• Support continuous improvement and help train team members

• CNC machining + programming experience required
• CAD/CAM proficiency (MasterCam, GibbsCAM, Esprit)
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• 5-axis experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused, * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
• PPE required
