Job description

  • Communicate project status, scheduling impacts, field conditions, and resource requirements to internal teams and leadership
  • Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate effectively between field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to proactively resolve issues and maintain project momentum
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Required experience in Audio/Video, LED display systems, broadcast systems, structured cabling, IT infrastructure, or related low-voltage technology environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Monday.com
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align clients, field teams, subcontractors, engineering, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate project status, risks, requirements, and changes clearly to both clients and internal teams
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately
  • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity with contract management processes
  • OSHA certified, * Do you have experience using Procore?
  • Do you currently hold an OSHA 30 certification?
  • How many years of experience do you have managing Audio/Video, broadcast, IT infrastructure, low-voltage, or technology integration projects? Please describe your experience.
