This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of Thames Water's most significant infrastructure upgrades. As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our information management function, helping to deliver against client requirements whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and industry standards. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on a major project that will strengthen long-term resilience for the region., As a Senior Information Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Information Management team, supporting them in implementing digital processes and ensuring information excellence across the project. Your day to day will include:
- Implementing our Digital by Default strategy and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) across projects
- Supporting and mentoring Information Co-ordinators, providing upskilling sessions and ongoing development
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and conducting quality assurance checks on all uploaded information
- Leading CDE launch meetings and providing training to project teams and external parties

Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * You have a good understanding of document control procedures and effective workflow management
- You're proficient in managing EDMS configured to CDE principles (Viewpoint For Projects preferred)
- You have experience working on projects with large volumes of data from various sources
- You understand ISO 19650-2 and can confidently communicate with multidisciplinary teams
- You're well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
