Job description

Thrive Insurance Marketing is seeking a skilled Full Stack CRM Developer to help build, maintain, and enhance our proprietary CRM platform designed specifically for the Life & Health insurance industry. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across both front-end and back-end systems while also contributing to UI/UX improvements and platform innovation.

You will work closely with leadership, operations, and sales teams to develop tools and workflows that improve agent productivity, client management, reporting, automation, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end functionality for a proprietary CRM platform
  • Build and improve dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting systems
  • Design and optimize APIs, integrations, and database structures
  • Enhance UI/UX to improve usability and overall customer experience
  • Troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Maintain scalable, secure, and efficient code standards
  • Assist with ongoing platform modernization and feature development
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support of applications

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Experience as a Full Stack Developer or CRM Developer

  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS
  • Experience with back-end development using technologies such as PHP, C#, or similar
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases, APIs, and cloud-based environments
  • Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, and integrations
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
