  • Work with other project managers and technical leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation such as plans and progress reports.
  • Develop and understand project solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and company expectations.
  • Build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project finances, identify potential issues, and manage risks.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure all project aspects are on track.
  • Promote best practices and support continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience in delivering technical projects and managing the software development lifecycle.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheets.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE 2 and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and support junior staff.

Preferred:

  • Relevant professional qualifications.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, cloud technologies, and software delivery methods.
  • Experience with OCR, ICR, scanning software, and mailroom digitisation
