Job description

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and results-driven Warehouse Data Coordinator to maintain the warehouse inventory data reconciled and in synch between different systems. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and indirectly to the Facility Manager, this role oversees all aspects of the warehouse data reconciliation with a strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and team performance.

As the Warehouse Data Coordinator, you will ensure that all warehouse transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the appropriate system, providing consistent support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal month-end reconciliation.   • Warehouse Data Coordinator

  • Coordinate and reconcile all aspects of the Warehouse' transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling

  • Interpret and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts

  • Identify BOL, receiving report, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed

  • Support the integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems to ensure consistency and traceability

  • Apply working knowledge of transportation terminology (LTL, FTL, carrier routing, freight classes, tracking) to facilitate accurate transaction recording

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by following and enforcing company and legal standards

  • Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems

  • Ensures adherence and accountability to all material & inventory control policies and procedures

  • Enforces established warehouse practices and protocols

  • Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with quality assurance, maintenance, and production to support smooth plant operations

  • Partner with accounts payable and receivable to provide support documentation on time

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industry

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and SQF
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in WMS programs and reporting tools
  • High computer proficiency-must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency with Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Location & Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols.
