Senior Software Developer - AI applications (in-state applicants only)

• Using AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code as part of your everyday workflow
• Designing and implementing RAG pipelines and MCP integrations
• Setting up and managing vector databases to power semantic search and AI memory
• Contributing to AI model fine-tuning efforts, including data prep, training, and evaluation
• Working closely with the team to find smart ways to bring AI into our products

• Strong proficiency in C# and Angular
• Solid knowledge of Azure and its AI/cloud services
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code
• Real understanding of AI concepts - RAG, MCP, vector databases, and model fine-tuning, not just surface-level knowledge
• W2 candidates only - no C2C or 1099

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• MLOps or AI infrastructure experience
