Job description
Lead the delivery and evolution of new digital products or services that address business problems or opportunities
Define, refine, and prioritise product requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities
Partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape product direction, align priorities, and manage trade-offs. Provide product leadership for incidents, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in line with business impact and service expectations
Provide clear reporting on product status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership
Identify opportunities to enhance products and ways of working through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information, Business Technology, or a related field (recent graduates or those completing their degree are encouraged to apply). Demonstrable experience of product ownership, digital product management, business analysis within an agile environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with agile product management tools such as Jira, confluence, or similar platforms. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps) is advantageous.Company
