Healthcare Director IT Infrastructure Services

Bluebird is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Director of IT Infrastructure Services to lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and management of our client's healthcare organization's information technology infrastructure. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of their IT systems, supporting clinical operations, administrative functions, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of healthcare IT environments, including network security, data management, cloud computing, and system administration, while demonstrating strong management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and technical teams., * Provide overall leadership and accountability portfolios, including setting setting direction, establishing priorities, and ensuring outcomes align with organizational strategy

• Lead and manage through subordinate leaders, including directing work, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, addressing performance issues, and ensuring continuity of leadership and operations
• Make decisions regarding portfolio prioriities, tradeoffs, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant technology services that support patient care and business operations
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive, clinical, and business leaders to align technology services with organizational needs and to address issues that may impact patient care, compliance, or operational performance
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requiremtns
