Job description
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40, Serves as a project management and Lean Six Sigma subject matter expert and point of contact for all health system projects managed through the Project Management Office (PMO). Helps mentor and educate leaders, core team members, and staff on project management fundamentals and methodologies. Responsible for managing highly complex projects through successful completion. Works closely with the Governance and Architecture team to ensure compliance and adherence to appropriate protocols. As a Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO), the position is pivotal in driving the successful execution of strategic projects. Reporting to the head of Strategic Intelligence, they are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Six Sigma methodology implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required; Master's preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or related setting. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is required. ITIL certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma required (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred).

Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 10 pounds is required.
