Job description
E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. What You'll Do: We are seeking a high-impact Solutions Program Manager to serve as the operational "right-hand" to the Team Lead. This is a senior, horizontal leadership role responsible for the structural health, operating rhythm, and strategic alignment of the entire Governance department. You will not own a single policy domain; instead, you will architect the systems that allow our Strategic PMs and Insights Analysts to collaborate effectively. The ideal candidate is a master of "The How"-turning vision into repeatable, scalable operational frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Operating Cadence: Design and lead the team's "operating rhythm" (QBRs, planning cycles, and syncs), connecting insights delivery to strategic roadmaps. - Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between strategy and execution, overseeing efforts across Policy, Product, and Ops to ensure horizontal consistency in how we solve Governance challenges. - Systemic Problem Solving: Own high-impact special projects; tackling complex, cross-domain roadblocks that fall outside the scope of any single Program Manager and developing scalable solutions to prevent them from recurring. - Operational Architecture: Lead the development of the team's internal infrastructure, from standardizing reporting templates to optimizing deliverables to key stakeholders. - Leadership & Advisory: Represent the Team Lead in high-stakes executive forums, synthesizing the department's collective progress and identifying emerging risks to the overall program health. - Process Governance: Partner with the Insights & Delivery Lead to audit and improve internal workflows, ensuring that policy enforcement is not only effective but also highly efficient.
