- Design, install, and maintain core network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices
- Ensure seamless network operations across multiple locations, including remote sites and data centers
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions
- Maintain network security through firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies
- Work closely with IT teams and management to understand and deliver network solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues quickly and effectively
- Develop disaster recovery strategies for network components
- Provide second and third-level support for complex network incidents
- Document network configurations, updates, and procedures
- Assist in infrastructure upgrades and future capacity planning
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments
- Strong understanding of Layer 3 routing, VLANs, and SD-WAN solutions
- Proficiency with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and protocols
- Knowledge of enterprise networking technologies beyond small business setups
- Ability to set up and manage network devices remotely
- Relevant certifications (Cisco, CompTIA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
