Requirements

Do you have experience in Analysis skills?, We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Education Data Officer to join Enfield's Education Department. This role focuses on the use and development of Synergy to support high-quality data management, reporting, and statutory processes across education services.

You will work closely with schools, colleagues, and partners to ensure data is accurate, timely, and effectively used to support decision-making, safeguarding, and service improvement. The role involves maintaining and developing Synergy processes, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting users across the system.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, experience working with education data systems (ideally Synergy), and a clear understanding of data quality and compliance requirements. The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people through robust data and systems.
