Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Processing cash transactions?, * Computer hardware and software experience in a professional field is required. Some training provided.

  • Standard active drivers license required. Company vehicle provided during business hours.

  • Able to pass a background check.

  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills. History with cash-handling required.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.

  • Exceptional work ethic.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Microsoft iOS and product installations.

Configuring Apple/Android devices.

Troubleshooting.

Hardware replacements.

Printer/Fax repair.

Applying a basic understanding of PC fundamentals.

Answering multi-line phones.

Maintaining proper documentation.

Citadel TCS provides computer, technology, and software repair for local businesses and private customers. We are looking to hire experienced technicians for a full-time position in this field. We offer an $11-$15/hr starting wage + commission and billable hour opportunities. Please Note: Owning a PC or device does not count as viable experience.
