Job description
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies within the Scrum management family, * Lead project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage project schedules to deliver milestones on time and within budget
- Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Drive valuedriven delivery by applying Agile principles and practices effectively
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines resources and budgets
- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Manage and resolve project risks and issues escalating when necessary
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies across teams
- Coordinate with product owners development teams and other stakeholders to maximize project value
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Agile and project management practices
- Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
