Job description

Tribeca is an IT driven cabinet company, migrating all process from traditional paperwork to an online digital system. The IT Specialists is a critical position that maintains all big and small parts of the constant-moving system., * Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems, including servers, network devices, and computers.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: Experience in IT support, systems administration, network management, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Windows operating system.
  • Microsoft Admin
  • Active Directory
  • Domain Connection
  • Experience with networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • EDR
  • Server Backups
  • Experience with remote/virtualization technologies (e.g., SunLogin, Quick Assist, Remote Desktop Connection, GWT Client).
  • Scripting or programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) are a plus.

Language:

  • Mandarin is preferred, not required.
  • Need to be able to clearly communicate with our development team, which is located overseas.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to juggle and complete all big and small spontaneous/emergency tasks.

Work Environment:

Fast-Paced work environment. Technical issues to be fixed within a day. IT/development tickets to be implemented and tested within a week. Development projects to be completed within a few months. Tribeca consists of 4 locations: NJ, MD, FL, PA. IT Specialists will be responsible for responding and fixing technical issues in all locations via remote control and communicating with teams onsite, or if necessary, trip to the onsite office., * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
