Salesforce Technical Architect

We are working with a leading Salesforce-focused organisation delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions across multiple industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-level implementations and shape technical strategy., Key responsibilities required for the Senior Salesforce Technical Architect:

-Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions

-Act as the technical authority across projects, ensuring best practice architecture and development standards

-Work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

-Provide hands-on development when required, particularly in complex or critical areas

-Mentor and guide a small team of developers, fostering technical excellence

-Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions

The following key skills are needed for the Senior Salesforce Technical Architect:

-Solid hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience

-Strong technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and SOSL

-Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security architecture, and governor limits

-Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce solutions

-Extensive experience with integration patterns and external system connectivity

-Previous experience leading or managing a small technical team

-Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery, Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, Salesforce certifications (e.g, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
