Job description
We are seeking a hands-on Digital & IT Team Lead who will actively contribute to project execution while leading a cross-functional team. This role provides both technical and functional support for critical business applications, including ERP and BI systems, and serves as a key liaison between manufacturing operations and technology teams.
This position offers a unique blend of leadership, project management, technical delivery, and end-user support., ERP Subject Matter Expert & Business Partner
- Serve as the primary ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple business functions.
- Translate manufacturing and operational needs into scalable technical solutions and business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Project Portfolio Management
- Manage project intake and prioritization processes.
- Balance resources and project demands to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the central point of coordination for Digital and IT initiatives.
Hands-On Project Delivery
- Lead and execute complex Digital and IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Provide direct functional and technical support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and technical specialists.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Influence decision-making and gain stakeholder alignment on key initiatives.

- Apply Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement principles to business and technology initiatives.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team supervision?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or international equivalent)., * 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise business applications such as ERP, SCM, CRM, and BI systems.
- Strong preference for candidates with deep ERP expertise.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional IT projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Adaptability
- Learning agility with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred QualificationsData & Analytics
- Experience with Power BI and SQL for reporting, analysis, and decision support.
ERP Platforms
- Direct experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
Manufacturing Technologies
- Hands-on experience with MES, SCADA, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms.
Project Management
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
Continuous Improvement
- Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement training/certifications.
Change Management
- Experience leading organizational change and system implementation initiatives.
Vendor Management
- Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
