Job description
Develop interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decisionmaking Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights through visual storytelling Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity in all Tableau deliverables Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously enhance reporting capabilities Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate and optimize data sources for Tableau Provide training and guidance to junior team members on Tableau usage and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of advanced Tableau dashboards and reports Manage endtoend Tableau project lifecycle including requirement analysis design development testing and deployment Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely solutions Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau reports and dashboards Mentor and support junior specialists in Tableau development and data visualization techniques Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies in Tableau implementations
