Job description
Our client is seeking skilled and experienced UX Designers to join their Human Centered Design Group, focused on innovating digital solutions that will shape the future of enterprise pricing systems. This team is driven by a passion for improving colleague experiences and empowering professionals through intuitive, scalable design.
As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for a variety of colleague-facing web applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and subject matter experts to understand user needs, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.
Requirements
· 5+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and contributions to design systems.
· 4+ years of experience with Figma, including advanced prototyping and component libraries.
· 3+ years designing enterprise digital products, ideally in FinTech or other data-intensive industries (healthcare experience not required).
· Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
· Ability to think through processes and design for complex workflows.
Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across disciplines. - UX Design/ Graphic Design Degree
- Ability to show a well curated and designed Portfolio with Research specific work
- Experience working within Branding
- Experience with Animation or micro animations
- Experience working within a Custom Design System
- Quantitative analytics experience

$40-60/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
