IT Support Specialist (Hybrid) Bolingbrook, IL

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for hands-on technical support, device deployment, and IT maintenance across corporate and warehouse environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic setting., * Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT issues for local and remote users in alignment with defined SLAs

• Deploy, configure, and support PCs, printers, scanners, tablets, and other peripherals in warehouses and corporate offices.
• Maintain and update hardware, operating systems, and application software.
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Provide support for OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support third-party and in-house software.
• Support devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and SOTI.
• Assist with execution of IT support-related projects, including device deployments, equipment setup, and other assigned tasks
• Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and reporting.
• Work within an internal ticketing system to meet defined SLAs for response and resolution while prioritizing incidents based on business impact.
• Maintain accurate and complete ticket documentation
• Document solutions, standard procedures, and recurring issues in the knowledge base to ensure consistency, scalability, and audit readiness

Do you have experience in Productivity software support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Strong IT diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with high attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks while standing for extended periods.
