Job description

CyberVault Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Private LTE Systems Integration Engineer to serve as the lead technical resource supporting a mission-critical Federal wireless infrastructure environment.

This role will support an existing Private LTE deployment supporting flightline operations for a U.S. Government customer. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME), coordinate directly with OEM vendors and Government stakeholders, conduct site visits, support subscriber expansion activities, and provide technical leadership throughout the life of the program.

This is not a help desk position. We are seeking a senior-level engineer capable of operating independently, leading technical discussions, and serving as the technical face of CyberVault Solutions for this effort.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical SME for the environment
  • Support HPE Athonet subscriber management systems
  • Support Nokia AirScale wireless infrastructure
  • Coordinate directly with HPE, Nokia, Dell, Fortinet, and other vendors
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Support SIM onboarding, subscriber expansion, and licensing activities
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews
  • Conduct site visits and infrastructure assessments
  • Develop SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Manage technical escalations and vendor coordination
  • Support maintenance, upgrades, and implementation activities
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements and future enhancements, (Rare)Travel to Travis Air Force Base, California and other customer locations may be required for:
  • Site assessments
  • Technical reviews
  • Subscriber expansion activities
  • Implementation support
  • Customer meetings

Employment Type

1099 Independent Contractor

Expected workload averages approximately 10-20 hours per week, with increased activity during site visits, implementation efforts, maintenance activities, and subscriber expansion projects.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, * 10+ years of Information Technology experience

  • 5+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems integration, or network engineering experience
  • Experience supporting wireless, LTE, cellular, telecommunications, or CBRS technologies
  • Strong networking background including routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and enterprise networking
  • Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments
  • Experience working directly with OEM support organizations and vendors
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel as required

  • Must be eligible to obtain base access credentials
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, * Do you have experience supporting Private LTE, LTE, CBRS, or wireless carrier environments?
  • Have you worked directly with HPE Athonet or Nokia AirScale technologies?
  • Are you willing to travel to Travis AFB, CA as needed?
  • Do you have Federal Government or DoD support experience?
