Job description

Your primary responsibility in this role is to support the evaluation, oversight, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations throughout Bucks County. You will review and assess work plans to ensure a balanced, efficient program and confirm that adequate labor, materials, equipment, and funding are available to complete scheduled tasks. As operational needs evolve, you will make appropriate adjustments to these plans.

Key duties include reviewing foremen's payroll submissions and providing guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also utilize various reports to monitor essential work data-such as completed production units, labor hours, equipment usage, and material consumption-and resolve any discrepancies to keep projects aligned with established work plans.

  • One year of experience as a Technical Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)or

  • One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent;or

  • An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program;or

  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree., Do you possess at least one year of full-time experience in the analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment?, How many years of full-time paraprofessional-level experience in the fields of business administration, computer science, highway engineering technology, or a closely related field do you possess?, Do you possess an associate's degree or higher in one of the following majors: Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology, or a closely related field?
