Job description

DeRoyal is seeking a Product & Implementation Specialist to support the Temple Touch Pro product portfolio. This role serves as a key clinical and product expert, partnering with sales teams to drive successful product evaluations, installations, and long-term customer adoption across healthcare settings.

You will play a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences within perioperative, critical care, and emergency department environments, ensuring effective workflow integration and maximizing product value.

What You'll Do:

Customer & Field Support

  • Partner with sales representatives to plan, coordinate, and execute product evaluations and installations

  • Provide on-site clinical support, training, and troubleshooting

  • Guide customers on best practices and workflow integration

  • Support post-evaluation follow-ups by analyzing outcomes and identifying next steps

Sales & Conversion Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen evaluation execution and improve conversion rates

  • Develop targeted strategies for accounts and support opportunity progression

  • Maintain regular follow-up on active opportunities and develop action plans

Product Expertise & Strategy

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Temple Touch Pro products

  • Contribute field insights to product strategy, R&D, and forecasting

  • Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights

Training & Tools Development

  • Assist in creating sales presentations and training materials

  • Develop and maintain tools such as evaluation checklists, installation and training guides, clinician surveys, FAQ documents, and clinical resources

Operational Support

  • Coordinate evaluation equipment logistics including shipment, setup, and returns

  • Ensure consistent and organized execution across evaluations and installations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or clinical environment, or equivalent experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical and product knowledge within hospital environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Salesforce preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel extensively

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentialing

  • Willingness to travel up to 70%, including early mornings and evenings as needed
